Our selectively mined high montmorillonite Sodium Bentonite is widely used in drilling mud for lubricating and supporting agent in various trenchless operations such as horizontal directional drilling (HDD). A predominant property of Our Sodium Bentonite is its ability to absorb water and increase its own volume by several times, forming a gelatinous and viscous fluid. This makes it valuable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Sodium Bentonite forms a filter cake that cuts off the flow of fluid into the surrounding sand or gravel.

Sodium Bentonite (Viscosifier Premix) – High Yield
Our High Yield Sodium Bentonite and Viscosifier premix can be used for all type of soil including reactive clay such as sand and rock for HDD trenchless application. This Premix provides additional secondary filtration control and High Viscosity.It will produce minimum 150 barrel yield.
This will also help to slow down swelling, clean the drill bit, and help with the soil suspension and removal.

Our Extra High Yield Sodium Bentonite has a higher performance formula that makes it a very effective viscosifier. It is an efficient viscosifier performs well in variety of trenchless application. This extra high yield premix will produce minimum 220 barrel yield.
